To list your place on Stayshore, simply sign up as a host, create your listing with all details and photos, set your price and availability, then publish it. You’re ready to receive bookings!
Guests pay for their stay securely through Stayshore at the time of booking. Once a guest’s booking is confirmed, the payment is held safely until check-in. After the guest checks in, Stayshore releases the payout to the host according to our payout schedule, minus any service fees. Hosts can choose their preferred payout method and track all payments from their Stayshore dashboard.
o upgrade your listing to Featured on Stayshore, simply go to your host dashboard, select the property you want to highlight, and choose the Featured option. Pay the small promotional fee, and your listing will get extra visibility at the top of search results.
If you need a refund, please check our cancellation policy first. If your booking is eligible, your refund will be processed automatically or you can request it through your Stayshore account. For any help, contact our support team — we’re here to assist you.
Anyone with a room, hostel, flat, or property to rent can become a host on Stayshore. Just sign up, create your listing, and start accepting bookings — it’s simple and hassle-free.
You can easily communicate with your guests through the built-in messaging system in your Stayshore dashboard. Once a booking request is made or confirmed, you’ll see a Messages section where you can send and receive messages with your guests directly. You’ll also get email notifications for new messages, so you never miss an update. For any urgent help, you can find your guest’s contact details in the booking details page after the reservation is confirmed.
After a guest checks in, Stayshore releases your payout according to our payout schedule. You’ll receive your earnings through your chosen payout method, minus any service fees. You can track all your payments in your host dashboard.
To cancel a reservation, log in to your Stayshore dashboard, open the booking details, and click Cancel Reservation. Follow the prompts to confirm. Make sure to review the cancellation policy, as it may affect refunds for you or your guest. If you need help, our support team is ready to assist.
